This Privacy and Cookie Statement (hereinafter: “Privacy Statement”) provides information about the personal data that Crystal Promotions (“CP”) processes in connection with the ordering of products on www.store.littler.eu (the “Website”).

This Privacy Statement applies to all processing of personal data mentioned herein by Crystal Promotions (hereinafter: “CP,” “us,” or “we”). Crystal Promotions is located at Flevolaan 21 in Weesp, the Netherlands and is registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 32032918.

You can also send us your request to exercise your rights (also) via the contact form on the webshop with the subject: ‘Exercise of data subject rights’. Specify in your request as much as possible to which personal data your request relates, which right you wish to exercise and provide proof that it is also your personal data. We will handle your request within one month. If it is not possible to handle your request within one month, for example because the request is very complex, we will inform you within one month after your request about the extension of our response period (by a maximum of two months).

We may suspend the execution of your request in that case until we have received your (further) specification.
